Online registration
In order to complete abstract submission and registration processes, we suggest that you create your own account. When you push "New Registration" button, you will have to fill in the information required to create the account. You can also login to your own account with your ID (your e-mail address) and password, and all registration processes can be executed through the account.
Conference fee

Standard: 1,500 RMB
Student: 1,000 RMB
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you have to change or cancel your registration to ZWCM 2024, we kindly ask you to inform us by email and the relevant cancellation policy is as following:
Cancellation before 30th April, 2024: Total refund
Cancellation between 1st May and 8th May, 2024: 50% refund
Cancellation after 8th April, 2024: no refund
*Additional handling costs will be subtracted from the refunded money.
*We use your personal information for the purpose of this conference only.

(1) After the remittance, please send a screenshot of the mobile bank transfer /online bank transfer screenshot/counter remittance document to the email : caiwu@baibuhz.com. We will respond to you as soon as we receive the payment.
(2) In order to facilitate reimbursement, we will provide proof that Hangzhou Baibu Exhibition Service Co., Ltd. is the conference company of the ZWCM 2024 conference, and the ZWCM 2024 registration fee is remitted to the account.
